Admissions Process
You can apply to the Academy at any time, but we encourage you to attend an Admissions Coffee prior to doing so. When we receive your application, along with a $165 application fee, a member of our Admissions Department will contact you with information about availability depending on your child’s age and requested enrollment date. Once enrollment is confirmed, our Admission Department will work with you directly to introduce you to your child’s new
teachers. The Academy offers need-based financial aid, with applications processed by FAST aid system. Once your application is completed via the portal, our admissions team will receive an automatic notification and reach out to you.

Admissions Coffee Chats
Our Admissions Coffee Chats offer prospective families the opportunity to speak directly with Academy staff, and witness the magic of a Montessori classroom firsthand. You will hear an informal presentation and Q&A about our school, our curriculum, and the Montessori approach–along with other components of our program that make the Academy unique. You will also be able to ask about specific information regarding the admissions process and availability.
