DESCRIPTION:Toilet learning is a natural process and should be done at a pace\nthat promotes comfort and independence. Encouraging children\nto become aware of their bodily functions during this sensitive\nperiod of development for toileting allows for less distress\nwhen the child is older and more physically able to control their\ntoileting abilities. The Montessori approach to toilet learning\nbegins at birth and continues throughout the first three years of\nlife. Come and learn more about the Academy’s approach to this\nimportant developmental stage. This event will be hosted by our\nLower School teachers and will include take away material that\nwill assist you in becoming a toilet learning expert.
