The Kids\nTable and the Montessori curriculum recommend we include children\nin the cooking experience to foster a love of healthy eating and\nnutrition. While in the Montessori classroom students participate in\nPractical life from chopping\, grating and rolling\, to enjoying the fruits\nof their labor. With lots of smelling\, touching\, and tasting along the\nway\, even the pickiest students are tempted by their creations!
